Precious joined the Communities In Schools team in October of 2019. Prior to her position at CIS, Precious was involved in maternal-child health in the Greater Seattle Area and active in other community organizations. Precious graduated from, The Evergreen State College, Tacoma Campus, in December of 2018, with a focus in Public Health and Political Economy. Precious is the proud mother of 5 school-aged children. She attributes her deep connection with her “school kids” in part due to the love she has for her own children. Precious’ goal at Madrona Elementary is to encourage children to find ways to build autonomy and to thrive in their home, school and social environments.
